The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in accelerating PlaxidityX’s digital presence and driving market growth. This role combines hands-on campaign execution with data-driven strategy to strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and ensure seamless alignment between sales and marketing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize B2B paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other platforms. Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from targeting and creative briefs to QA, tracking, and reporting.
- Optimization & Experimentation: Leverage data, tools, and automation to continuously test, learn, and refine campaigns across audiences, creatives, channels, and bids.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor results via GA4 and other BI tools; translate insights into actionable recommendations and prepare quarterly performance reports for leadership.
- SEO & SEM: Lead SEO strategy, conduct keyword research, and optimize website and content for both search engines and AI-driven platforms.
- Account-Based Marketing & Intent Data: Use tools such as Dealfront to identify target accounts, track website visitors, and enrich lead data to support ABM campaigns aligned with sales priorities.
- Content Journey Personalization: Utilize platforms (e.g., Trendemon) to personalize user journeys, optimize content paths, and attribute marketing impact directly to pipeline and revenue.
- Marketing Automation & CRM Alignment: Manage HubSpot-Salesforce workflows to ensure accurate data synchronization, lead segmentation, and effective retargeting.
- Website & Digital Assets: Oversee website updates and UI enhancements, collaborating with the design agency to ensure a high-quality digital presence.
- Generative AI Optimization (GEO): Apply AI-driven techniques to boost campaign performance and content visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (LinkedIn and Google Ads essential), plus broader digital marketing expertise, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, retargeting, CRO, and local/global search.
- Proficiency with analytics and automation tools - GA4 is a must (HubSpot; Salesforce knowledge is strong advantage).
- Experience with ABM and intent data platforms (e.g., Dealfront) and content journey personalization tools (e.g., Trendemon).
- Data-driven mindset with experience in budget management, performance tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team player.
- High proficiency in English.
