About the role:
We’re looking for a growth-minded Director of Business Development to lead strategic partnerships with strategic partners (e.g., Microsoft, Deloitte) and specialized automotive vendors. You’ll own the full lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to crafting joint value propositions and driving GTM—especially for partnerships that require deep technical integration from the ground up.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, has strong business instincts paired with technical fluency, and is eager to shape long-term growth through strategic, tech-powered collaborations.
Responsibilities:
- Build and Close High-Impact Partnerships: Identify, initiate, and close strategic partnerships that unlock scalable business opportunities.
- Shape Joint Solutions: Collaborate closely with partners and internal teams to define integrated offerings from scratch—aligning technical capabilities, GTM strategies, and long-term vision.
- Drive Partner-Led Growth: Lead co-innovation efforts, create compelling joint value propositions, and ensure successful execution.
- Navigate the Ecosystem: Stay ahead of market and partner dynamics across the automotive and cybersecurity landscape.
Requirements
- Strong experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and GTM roles involving technology integration.
- Understanding of cybersecurity (automotive domain is a plus).
- Experience working with or within large companies (Microsoft, Deloitte, etc.).
- Ability to independently own and drive complex partnership motions end to end.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Background in Cybersecurity, PM, and/or MBA.
