About The Position
PlaxidityX, a leading Automotive Cybersecurity company, is looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Partner to join our HR team. In this dual role, you will own the full cycle of global recruitment while also leading employee experience initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about recruitment as a core part of their role, while also bringing creativity and structure to employee engagement, culture, and wellbeing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end global recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer, across technical and non-technical roles worldwide.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Drive sourcing initiatives and build talent pipelines through multiple channels.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
- Act as the company’s sole recruiter, managing multiple priorities independently.
Employee Experience
- Design and implement employee experience initiatives including onboarding, engagement, wellbeing, employer branding and recognition programs.
- Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and employee gatherings.
- Partner with HR colleagues to analyze engagement survey results and implement action plans.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, supporting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end global recruitment in the high-tech industry.
- Proven experience in employee experience, engagement, or HR management.
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- High level of English – written and spoken.
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
