About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our products team and lead a data centric automotive cybersecurity product. In this role, you will serve as the voice of our customers, driving the vision and execution of innovative solutions tailored to their needs. Collaborating across teams and engaging directly with our customers, you will deliver products that provide exceptional value and user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams, deeply understanding their challenges and translating them into actionable product requirements.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, business goals, and market trends.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver an exceptional user experience that meets customer expectations.
- Partner with R&D and data scientists to ensure successful implementation of features, aligning with customer use cases and pain points.
- Empower marketing and sales teams with deep product knowledge to articulate the value proposition effectively to customers.
- Drive product launch strategies with a customer-first mindset, ensuring alignment with user expectations and market demands.
- Lead customer-centric initiatives, including interviews, workshops, and usability studies, to refine product features and roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a product manager with proven success in customer-facing roles.
- Customer Passion: Strong commitment to understanding customer needs and driving solutions that make an impact.
- Technical Knowledge: Background in cybersecurity/data products, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Design Collaboration: Hands-on experience working with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive product designs.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas and inspire stakeholders.
- Team Spirit: A positive, collaborative attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Technical Expertise: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- Product Management Experience: led the product development and delivery of SOC/IRT solutions, such as SIEM, SOAR, and XDR platforms
