PlaxidityX (PX) is seeking a growth-driven Director of Business Development to lead our global strategic partnerships and channel development efforts. This role will focus on building high-impact collaborations with technology giants (e.g., Microsoft, Deloitte) and specialized automotive vendors, with a strong emphasis on technical integration and co-innovation. The ideal candidate combines business acumen with technical fluency—capable of independently shaping long-term, tech-powered growth opportunities from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Build & Close Strategic Partnerships: Identify, initiate, and execute high-value partnerships that drive scalable growth.
- Shape Joint Solutions: Work with partners and PX teams to define integrated offerings, aligning product capabilities, GTM strategies, and long-term vision.
- Drive Partner-Led Growth: Lead co-innovation initiatives, craft compelling joint value propositions, and deliver execution excellence.
- Navigate the Ecosystem: Stay ahead of trends and dynamics across the automotive and cybersecurity markets to inform strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, GTM roles, pre-sales, or sales engineering involving technology integration.
- Proven track record building and managing partnerships with or within large companies (e.g., Microsoft, Deloitte).
- Strong technological skills with the ability to understand PX’s products and cybersecurity offerings at a technical level.
- Self-starter, able to independently own and drive complex partnership motions end-to-end.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Advantages
- Background in cybersecurity (automotive domain experience is a plus).
- MBA or relevant experience in product management.
- Experience shaping channel programs or technical alliances.
- Ability to translate technical depth into compelling GTM stories and joint offerings.
