As part of our R&D team, we are seeking a project manager who will ensure timely delivery, alignment with business goals, and successful execution of projects/products!

Job Description and Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects/products and be responsible for the overall execution while working with the entire company from sales to research and development to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, timeline, budget, quality, operational needs, and resources
• Create and maintain a comprehensive yearly/quarterly projects plan (WBS) and release plan, execute project/release plan, risk management monitoring (plan and mitigation), handle anomalies in plan, report plan progress to all stakeholders, etc.
• Eliminates impediments, escalation point and catalysator for the teams and group
• Measure teams progress - quality, goals and ongoing velocity
• Timeline management - Quarter planning, sprint readiness, ongoing meetings, release cycle, feature development, external activities, etc.
• Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to create engagement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements

• B.Sc/BA degree in industrial engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• +4 years of experience in software project management; Agile software project management (traditional and scaled Agile)
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and self-driven
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
• Experience working with Jira
