Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Sales Operations team on a part-time basis. The position is relevant for a minimum of 10 months. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support throughout the sales process, ensuring that our sales teams have the tools and resources they need to succeed. You will work closely with various departments to maintain efficient workflows and help streamline sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively support the global sales team in sales activities, proposals and customer documents, customer workshops, visits and presentations.
- Be accountable and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and key metrics in our Salesforce CRM system.
- Help coordinate and track sales orders, quotes, and contracts.
- Support managing interfaces of the sales team with other departments such as Marketing and Legal with a variety of stakeholders.
- Generate and prepare sales reports for internal stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support during the proposal stages.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, training sessions, and other events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of sales operations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed to support the sales team.
Requirements
- Prior administrative or sales operations or sales support experience is preferred.
- A proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.
- Hands-on experience in CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Experience in data analytics and creating insightful reports using excel or Google sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
